Since 1973, John Bielecki has worked in and with the operations of manufacturing, and distribution of products in several industries for both domestic and international companies.

During the last 20 years, John has served clients as a senior project manager and consultant in the field of implementing and optimizing ERP systems. He possesses expert level knowledge and experience in resolving extensive business issues within costing, order processing, manufacturing and inventory management.

With his thorough understanding of how to align a companies operations and ERP system with its overall strategy and objectives, John as has guided several single and multi-site clients from the initial ERP implementation stages to “Go Live” status, while meeting or exceeding the clients original objectives.

John has assumed responsibility for previously unsuccessful ERP system implementations and turned them around within high intensity environments. These implementations had previously caused reduced profits, diminishing revenue, and cash flow, operational interruptions, inaccurate order fulfillment and inventory, poor customer service and the loss of customers.

Understanding complex ERP software implementations has enabled John has to served as a litigation consultant to law firms and their clients in system implementation suits resulting in multi million dollar settlements being awarded in their favor.

John has taught and conducted project management courses and workshops on the practical application of project management principles to project managers, consultants, executives, and business owners.  He has also provided various presentations on effective project management in technology based environments to executive groups.

John’s practical view of ERP System Implementations is anchored in his first fifteen years of experience in engineering and manufacturing. He held various engineering and engineering management positions within product development, and manufacturing engineering. He is the inventor of a patented manufacturing process used in the house wares industry.

When not working, John enjoys cycling and painting abstract art for relaxation.
